These two cels are from the same sequence, either 2 or 3 frames apart (I don't quite recall, and don't have the motivation to pull out my cel books at this exact moment). I think they're from the second OAV series, just after  she flies down the tunnel bitch laughing (Megumi Hayashibara needs to play more villains... she has one hell of a bitch laugh).
