A friend showed me the opener to Dragon Drive one night while I was pining about how cool dragons were, since I'd just begun reading Anne MacCaffrey's Dragonriders of Pern series. I fell in love with little Chibisuke right then and there, and that was how I got hooked on Dragon Drive.
