The King of Fighters series is the sole reason I bought a Dreamcast less than a month after the platform was officially announced as being dead, because I got hooked on the series after playing it with some friends. The concept of a fighting game with an actual story, intrigued me... they I started reading about the characters and officially got hooked. My favorite character? Well, it kind of got pushed on to me by some friends, but I try to live up to it. Everyone immediately associated me with Shingo (heh... but keeping a notebook in your pocket like that is so convenient), and I sort of defaulted to him. Kensou's probably my second favorite, with Athena and Terry tied for third. Xiangfei and Mai annoy my friends no end, so I also started playing with them a lot. It works. ^^;
