Record of Lodoss War is another series I like very much, both the OAVs and the TV series... but especially the Lodoss Island trailers to the TV series. There's just so much concentrated sugar involved in those, that I can't help but love them.

One time, as part of an "anime insanity" marathon, I sat through a tape of all 26 of them - someone had recorded them all to tape from the DVDs so they'd play right in sequence with no fussing. If I remember correctly, I was the only one who was still sane at the end. ^^
